Dexus Asset Management Limited ACN 080 674 479 (DXAM) makes this announcement as responsible entity of the Dexus Asian REIT Fund ARSN 162 658 200 (Fund).
Termination of the Fund
DXAM advises that the Fund was terminated today, on 24 March 2025, in accordance with the requirements in the Fund’s constitution dated 16 June 2011 (as amended from time to time) (Constitution) and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
On and from the date of this announcement, the Fund’s product disclosure statement(s) will no longer be available. As part of the winding up process the assets of the Fund will be realised and final distributions will be paid to investors on or around 15 April 2025. These dates are subject to change by DXAM in its absolute discretion, subject to all applicable laws and the Constitution.
