Conveniently located between Elizabeth and Queen streets, 360 Collins has recently undergone a major transformation with an expansive lobby and grand entrance, combined with excellent onsite cafe, restaurant and retail stores. It provides an ideal location to position your business in Melbourne's CBD.

Public transport is serviced by tram stop number number 5 on Collins Street (near Elizabeth) almost immediately in front of the main entrance, and Flinders Street Station is only a 5min walk away.
The nearest taxi rank is located on Queen Street between Collins and Flinders Lane. Nearest bus stop is on Queen Street between Little Collins and Collins Street.

Building overview
Access
Access is controlled throughout 360 Collins Street by an electronic security access control system. All common areas operate in secure mode outside of normal operating hours. Out of hours, all customers are required to carry a security access card when entering or exiting the office tower floors, lifts, car park, and building amenities. We recommend that building occupants carry an access pass at all times as a means of precaution.
Security
Security are present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Security are located on Basement 1 are here to help you and your team. CCTV is installed and records footage in various areas of the building. Should it be required, the security team will review CCTV footage and provide to relevant authorities. In case of an emergency, always contact ‘000’ before building security.
Operating hours
The Office Tower is open Monday - Friday from 7am-7pm every day of the year, excluding public holidays. If you require specific out of hours access, please contact our Property Manager to discuss your requirements.
Car parking
360 Collins has 129 car parks onsite. Should you wish to lease a car park please contact our Property Manager.

360 Collins Street has parking bays allocated to Divvy parking – an affordable, flexible parking solution. Download the Divvy Parking App on your mobile or visit the Divvy website for further information.
Facilities overview
Mail, couriers and deliveries
Australia Post mail is delivered to the relevant levels in the building. Deliveries via various carriers can be made directly to your floor via the loading dock and dedicated goods lifts.
Loading dock
The loading dock is accessed via Little Collins Street with a height clearance of 3.5 metres. If you are moving in, moving out or require loading dock access, please contact Security.
Sustainability
360 Collins Street is focused on minimising waste, increasing energy efficiency and lessening its broader environment impact to ensure businesses in our building can work in a sustainable workplace. A sustainable initiative has been implemented across the building, managing cardboard, paper, co-mingled (glass, cans, plastics), Nespresso pods, batteries and e-waste recycling streams. We are pleased to have the following sustainability ratings:
5-star NABERS Energy rating and 5-star NABERS Water rating.
Air conditioning
Air conditioning is operational Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am to 6:30pm. After hours air conditioning is available at all other times including weekends and public holidays. Requests can be made via the Tenant Portal Air Conditioning Booking system. A instruction booklet can be obtained from the Facilities Management team.
WiFi
Access to the 360 Collins Street WiFi is available to all customers and visitors on the ground floor and retail courtyard. Simply locate “Dexus_Free_WiFi” on your device and follow the prompts to create an account.

End of trip facilities
State-of-the-art amenities are located on the Ground Floor. Features include cycle racks, Smart lockers* (paid lockers), Transit lockers* (complimentary lockers), Showers, Towel service, Drying room, GHD™ hair straighteners, Water fountain, Bike pump and maintenance station.
Offsite meetings and event space at Dexus Place
Dexus provides offsite meetings and events space for as a little as one hour to as long as you like. Located only a 2 min walk from 360 Collins on Level 14 385 Bourke Street, and a newly opened location at 80 Collins Street, Dexus Place Melbourne offers a variety of meeting rooms including an immersive studio to accommodate your needs.

Once you've moved in to the building, ensure you stay informed of all the latest news, events, fitness classes, competitions, building information and more by signing up to our 360 Collins Building Portal. Once logged in, you'll be able to create your own account, order online and directly receive all the key information related to the building.

24/7 service with Dexus Customer Support Centre
As a Dexus customer, you have immediate access to our easy to use online tenant service request system, managed by our dedicated Customer Support team who will promptly respond to your building needs 24 hours, seven days a week.
Not just an online portal, Dexus Customer Support is supported by a team of friendly, experienced facilities coordinators who provide the highest levels of customer service.

Emergency procedures
Medical emergency
Management and staff must be prepared to take responsible steps to assist in the event of a medical emergency.
If any person is made aware of a medical emergency, they should:
Dial 000 and advise ambulance of the details of the injured or ill person giving level and nearest cross street
Dispatch a trained First Aid Officer to the scene. Based on their training, the First Aid Officer should render assistance to the injured and make them comfortable
Have a Warden meed the responding ambulance and contact Building Management should you require assistance
The First Aid Officer will remain with the injured person until dispatched from the site by the ambulance or other such time as deemed necessary
Fire/smoke procedure
In the event of a fire related emergency, please refer to your dedicated Fire Wardens and follow relevant instructions provided. Your Fire Warden/s will follow the building’s relevant Emergency Response Plan and your own internal Business Continuity Plan as required. You can find a copy of the building's Emergency Response Plan on the 360 Collins Building Portal or via your Property Manager.

On the sounding of the alert tone:
Proceed to your internal meeting point
Ensure you have enough Wardens to affect your response
Recruit additional persons to assist if you ascertain you are short on Warden numbers
Instruct Wardens to commence an immediate, systematic search of your floor for signs of emergency
Await WIP phone communications from the Chief Warden
Receive reports from Wardens as they return from searches of their respective areas
Communicate with the Chief Warden to advise your findings
Whoop! Whoop! Whoop!
On the sounding of the evacuation tone
Instruct Wardens to commence an immediate evacuation
Evacuate occupants closest to the danger area first
Systematically evacuate the remainder of the floor, working out from the danger source
Record details:
- Persons refusing to evacuate
- Mobility impaired persons
Receive clearance reports from each of the Wardens
Report your evacuation status to the Chief Warden using the WIP phone
Evacuate and report in person to the Chief Warden at the Fire Indicator Panel
