Dexus Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund

A portfolio of high-quality shopping centres

The objective of Dexus Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund (DWSF) is to maintain a core holding of super and major regional shopping centre assets, supplemented by exposure to sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centre assets that provide value-add opportunities.

The risk profile of the fund is core, with an emphasis on low volatility, underpinned by a diverse and robust income stream. The fund aims to enhance returns through active asset, capital and development management.

This fund is only available to Institutional Investors.

A sustainable income stream

The portfolio has excellent tenant retention and a high occupancy rate for consistent income.

Positioned for capital growth

Assets are well positioned for capital growth due to high income, population growth and development opportunity.

Active management

Active property, development and capital management optimise returns via an integrated model.

For instance, it does not detail what the size of a negative return could be or the potential for a positive return to be less than an investor may require to meet their objectives. Consequently, before choosing to invest or reinvest in the fund, you should read the fund's PDS and incorporated information and consider factors such as the likely investment return, the risks of investing and your investment timeframe.
