Stanley House

Overview

Stanley House is an architecturally striking, boutique office/retail facility located in the epicentre of the South Bank Parklands. Stanley House's design befits its setting; from outdoor terraces with spectacular city views to sculptural wooden internal stairs connecting the commercial floors.

Three ground floor tenancies provide a food and beverage offering and a large basement comprises 30 parking spaces, while South Bank Parklands utilises the basement as their main site office for the management and running of the parklands.

Stanley House overlooks Street's Beach, a man-made swimming space and Australia’s only inner-city beach. It's a major attraction for tourists, locals and workers and features a crystal clear lagoon, white sandy beaches and palm trees.

The remainder of the parklands consist of a mixture of rainforests, public water areas, retail strips and restaurants. A new footbridge will soon connect South Bank with Queens Wharf in the Brisbane CBD, a city-shaping development that will benefit Stanley House customers.
