Dexus Community Infrastructure Fund (CommIF) provides wholesale investors with the potential for stable, long-term returns composed primarily of income, through investment in an unlisted portfolio of predominantly Public Private Partnership (PPP) assets in Australia and New Zealand. CommIF focuses on social infrastructure assets in health, education, water, renewables, justice, community, housing, recreational facilities, transport and similar social infrastructure sectors. Income is typically derived from long-term, CPI-linked concession arrangements with government, government-backed entities or similar high-credit quality counterparties.

CommIF assets typically comprise operational (brownfield) social infrastructure projects with stable, availability-based cash flows generated from long-term concession arrangements where the investment team can adopt a hands-on role in managing each asset during the period of ownership.

Sarah is Senior Manager, Investor Relations Manager for Dexus Healthcare Property Fund (DHPF), and Dexus Community Infrastructure Fund (CommIF) and is responsible for investor engagement and relationship management for the funds. Sarah joined Dexus in 2022 with over 17 years of investment management experience, and 10 years in the property industry in business development and investor relations (UBS, Cromwell Property Group and Investa), in London, Singapore and Sydney. Sarah holds a Bachelor of International Business and Management from the Auckland University of Technology (AUT)
