Settlement of acquisition of The Mill, Alexandria

Dexus (Dexus) today announced that it has settled on the $110.2 million¹ acquisition of The Mill, located at 41-43 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW.

Details relating to the acquisition were previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange on 7 November 2016.
